Protect work surfaces.</p><p><b>As a glue:</b> Apply to both surfaces and let dry 10 minutes. Press parts together. Full cure in 24 hours. For rough, uneven or very porous surfaces, apply a thick layer to both surfaces and wait 30 minutes before joining parts.</p><p><b>As a sealer:</b> Fill crack or hole with extra amounts of Fix-All and allow to dry. Add additional adhesive as needed.</p><p><b>For repair:</b> To repair vinyl, rubber or fabric tears, apply Fix-All with a spatula behind, through and above the tear. Hold sides together using a strong piece of tape across the tear to hold it tightly. Remove tape after 3 hours. Remove excess with rubber eraser.</p><p><b>Note: </b>when thick layers are required it is better to apply a number of thin coats. Allow to cure for 3 hours before handling. Full cure in 24 hours.</p>
