General conditions

1- General:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Unmanned Technology SL hereinafter RC Innovations as a trademark.

Any request made to Rc innovations necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day on which the corresponding order is made. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the request to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent request, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by Rc innovations. The fact that Rc innovations does not resort at any given moment to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.

2- Prices:

The prices published in Rc-innovations.es are in Euros and US dollars. All prices are inclusive VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of products for sale in RC Innovations. Clients, whether individuals and companies located in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are subject to the application of current VAT, customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from VAT payment. Customers from countries other than Spain but within the European economic community are required to pay the VAT currently in force in Spain. Except for companies with intra-community VAT number, which are exempt from VAT payment, having to declare that purchase in their country according to their current VAT. Customers from the rest of the world are exempt from VAT payment.

The offers on products for sale in Rc-innovations.es will be shown in the section "Offers" or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3- Different modes of payment:

When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made in Rc-innovations by:

  • Credit card (No additional costs)
  • Paypal account . (Surcharge 2.5%)
  • Bank transfer . (No additional costs)
  • Cash on delivery Only Spain and Portugal (minimum cost of 2.5 € and from 100 € 2.5% up to a maximum of 55 €) this cost is the one applied by the collection management company, and RC Innovations does not obtain any benefit for it.

4- Product:

The offers presented by Rc innovations are valid within the limit of available stocks. Rc innovations reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative, and may suffer some slight variation by the manufacturer of the product.

5- Shipments:

  1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
  2. By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in RC Innovations.es
  3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.
  4. However, your delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.
  5. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

    6- Return and cancellation policies

    6-1 Return of merchandise:

    Our policy, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from Rc Innovations.es within 14 days from the date of receipt.

    You will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased at RC Innovations.es, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

    Within a maximum period of 10  days after receipt of the return, Rc Innovations undertakes to be reimbursed.

    Before making the return , you will have to notify the customer service department.

    If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, RC Innovations will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. According to article 107.1 LGDCU, if the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will reimburse the amount (in case of not having chosen a free  shipping method ) of the cheapest shipping costs, regardless of the mode of delivery chosen by The buyer. The cost of the return costs are borne by the consumer .

    6-2 Cancellation of order:

    If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense.

    7- Guarantees  of the products:

    The sales transactions carried out by RC Innovations within the subjective scope of application of Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are subject to the regime of guarantees established in articles 118 and ss of said legal text. "

    The costs generated for reasons of guarantees, will be charged to RC Innovations, using the most economical shipping method, if the customer decides to choose a different shipping method, with higher cost, RC Innovations will pay only the most economical amount running on behalf of the consumer the rest of the amount.

    The Customer must take into account, when reporting that a product is defective, that for the proper functioning of the products it is essential to know them perfectly and have them properly assembled, all according to their instructions. For any questions about this, you can contact RC Innovations.

    In particular, it must be taken into account that any shock or shock received by the product as a result of the use for which it is intended may cause internal problems that are not visible to the naked eye.

    The Customer must check, before proceeding with its assembly, that the different parts that make up the product are in perfect condition and, if not, contact RC Innovations as soon as possible to proceed to solve the problem. 
    The guarantee does not cover:

    • Damages caused by misuse or accident, as well as wear and tear due to normal use.
    • Defects related to wanting to overcome the limitations given by the specifications of the product.

    7-1 Procedure for repair or replacement of a product under warranty:

    • In relation to incidents of damage caused by transportation: the Customer must check the status of the package received and, if it detects any anomaly in the same, make it appear on the delivery note that is provided by the transport agency or mail before signing it. This step is essential to be able to claim insurance in case of damage caused by transportation. Failure to do so, the Client waives any possible claim in this regard. The Customer shall inform RC Innovations of any mishap of this type, in order to take the necessary steps with the transport agency, as well as to proceed with the replacement of the damaged product or the individual parts involved when this is possible.
    • If upon receiving the order the Customer verifies that the received does not match what he purchased, or if there is a missing product or part, he must notify it as soon as possible, and always within 2 working days, together with the order number. RC Innovations will proceed to solve the problem at no cost to the client.
    • If upon receipt of the order the Customer verifies that a product does not work, after having verified that it knows its operation, assembly, adjustments ... it must notify RC Innovations within 14 days. RC Innovations will be responsible for removing the product at no cost to the customer. Once the pertinent verifications have been made, RC Innovations will replace it with a new one, or else the amount will be returned, including shipping costs, if the same product is not available.
    • If, after these 14 days, any failure related to the manufacturing defect arises, the Customer must contact RC Innovations to receive instructions on how to proceed. In this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    In any of the above cases, if after the corresponding checks it is observed that the product does not contain defects covered by the cases described, the product will be returned to the customer, who will assume the costs of shipping and return of the product and the costs derived from the time of delivery. review.

    7-2 Warranty exclusions

    LiPo batteries are only guaranteed during the first day of use after receipt of the product, since it is a product that due to its architecture and type of use can be damaged at any time. RC Innovations is not responsible for damages caused by the use of LiPo batteries purchased from RC Innovations.

    Recommendations for the use of LiPo batteries:

    • Batteries should never be discharged below 3 volts per cell as they will become unusable.
    • Store and load them inside fire resistant containers.
    • Always use specific chargers for LiPo batteries with automatic balancing function.
    • Do not reuse the batteries if they have received a blow and put them in a fireproof container as they may burn suddenly.
    • Never leave the batteries charging without the presence of a person.

    8- Repairs and Budgets:

    Non-warranty repairs carried out by RC Innovations are adjusted to a budget previously accepted by the client. The works to be carried out are those included in said budget.

    If during the repair work, other damaged parts or hidden damages are observed, the client will be notified and the budget will be modified according to the new situation. However, the client can reject the budget without any damage to the client.

    The budgets are made based on the initial problem, and other hidden or not measurable problems may appear at first. Due to a chain of failures succeeded by the initial failure. 

    8-1 Budgets not accepted:

    The preparation of the budget has no cost if the deteriorated product is finally repaired in our facilities, after acceptance of the budget proposed to the client.

    The budgets not accepted, have a maximum cost of € 25, said cost will be evaluated depending on the time necessary to prepare said budget and the difficulty thereof.

    9- Costs of storage of the repaired product or budgets not accepted:

    The product, once repaired, has 30 days to remove it, after payment of the corresponding invoice. After 30 days, the cost will be 1% of the value of the product for each day that the product is stored in our facilities.

    The budgets not accepted,  you have 30 days to withdraw it, from those 30 days, the cost will be 1% of the value of the product for each day that the product is stored in our facilities.
