<p>Each Mecanum Wheel contains twelves rollers, enabling the S1 to move forward, backward, sideways, and to translate and rotate.</p><p>A two-shot injection molding process was adopted to make the Mecanum Wheel rollers, giving the rollers advanced tractions while retaining rigidity. The hard rubber of the rollers is made of high-strength, impact-resistant, and self-lubricating POM materials, and the soft rubber was made of wear-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), ensuring stable and reliable movements of the RoboMaster S1.<br></p><p><br></p><p>Damping rings are embedded in the wheels to absorb impacts and collisions during movement, ensuring stable video feedback and protecting the structure of the S1.<br></p><p><br></p><h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Highlights</span></h4><p><br></p><p>High-performance rollers provide the wheels with excellent tractions and rigidity.</p><p>Damping rings are embedded in the wheels to absorb impact and collisions during movement.<br></p>
