    Main Conditions

    1- Main:

    These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain including the Canary and Balearic Islands for Unmanned Technology SL, henceforth RC Innovations as a trademark.

    Any order made Rc-innovations.es necessarily by way of an essential, decisive and indispensable, the unqualified acceptance by Customer of the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day they perform the appropriate order. In addition, you acknowledge that acceptance of these conditions involve the application of the order to which they relate, and to any subsequent order, except for cases where new conditions are brought to its attention by Rc innovations.     Applicable law and jurisdiction. The interpretation and enforcement of the conditions, and all the acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions contrary to this.


    2- Prices:

    The prices published in Rc-innovations.es are in Euros, are valid except typo. All prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order, any change in VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of the products sold in Spain

    The offers on products sold in Rc-innovations.es be displayed in the "Offers" or indicate on the product details and, if not stated otherwise, shall be valid while displayed on screen.


    3- Different modes of payment:

    When ordering, the customer may elect to pay the purchases you make in Rc-innovations through:

    • Credit or Debit Card ( Not Fee)
    • Paypal. (3.5% Fee)
    • Bank Transfer (Not Fee)
    • Cash on delivery ( Only Spain and Portugal via MRW) (Payment fee 2.5%)

    4- Product:

    Tenders from Rc innovations are valid within the limits of available stocks. Rc innovations reserves the right to change the product mix according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.

    The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and not binding in any way the seller.


    5- Shipments:

    1. Products purchased will be delivered to the person and address listed in the order.
    2. By default, invoices are sent to the email address specified by the customer at the time of the registered in rc-innovations.es
    3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no way out and delivery orders.
    4. But the delay does not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.
    5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages and the customer signs the delivery receipt. The client must check the condition of the goods to the receptions indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt of delivery.

    6- Returns and Cancellation Policies


    6-1 Right of withdrawal (for contracts with consumers, concluded remotely, online or, in general, outside our commercial establishment)

    Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to recognize the right to return any item purchased from RC Innovations, under the terms and conditions provided for in articles 68 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Consequently, we inform you that, once you receive the item, you will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days, without it being necessary for you to attend or indicate the reason for the return.

    To proceed to make use of this right, you must inform us of your decision before the period of 14 calendar days indicated above has elapsed, and you must proceed to return the item within 14 calendar days following the date of communication of said right. decision. Within the same period, and once we receive the returned item, the amounts that have been paid to us will be refunded, including all delivery costs. The refund of these last expenses is excluded, in the part that exceeds those corresponding to the least expensive method of ordinary delivery, when you have been the one who has chosen a delivery method different from the latter. The costs of returning the item will always be your responsibility.”


    Note: The LGDCU, in its article 69, requires the delivery to the purchaser of a withdrawal document, which can be used to exercise the aforementioned right.  Said document must be clearly identified as such, that is, it must contain the written mention “withdrawal document”, and must express the name and address of the person to whom it should be sent, along with the identification data of the contract and the contractors to whom it refers..



    6-2 Order cancellation

    If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the merchandise, the customer will not have any costs, except in those cases in which payment for the item has been made through the payment services of Paypal. In the latter case, all commissions, withholdings or surcharges made or claimed by PayPal as a result of the cancellation of the payment transaction will be the responsibility of the client."


    7- Warranty  of the products:


     “The purchase and sale operations carried out by RC Innovations within the subjective scope of application of Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are subject to the regime of guarantees established in articles 117 et seq. of said legal text. 


          The costs and expenses of shipments that take place due to the exercise of the rights arising from the aforementioned guarantee regime will be entirely borne by RC Innovations, provided that the most economical shipping method is used. If you decide to choose a different shipping method, with a higher cost, RC Innovations will only pay the most economical amount, with the rest of the amount paid at your expense.


          The customer must take into account, when reporting that a product is defective, that for the correct functioning of the products it is essential to have assembled them properly, according to their instructions. If you have any questions in this regard, you should contact RC innovations.


         Before proceeding with the assembly of the article, the client must check that all the parts that make it up are in perfect condition. If this is not the case, you should contact RC innovations as soon as possible so that the problem can be solved.


          The guarantee covers our clients from any lack of conformity that is evident in the purchased product, under the terms and within the deadlines established in articles 118 to 125 of Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. 


         Those operating defects that, due to their origin, nature or context of manifestation, do not constitute a reasonable expression of lack of contractual conformity, in the terms established in articles 115 bis and 115 ter of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, are not covered by the guarantee. , November 16.


    The warranty does not cover:  


    • Breakdowns, damages or operating defects caused by misuse or accident of the product.
    • Breakdowns, damages or malfunctions related to natural wear and tear associated with the use of the product
    •  Breakdowns, damages or operating defects resulting from failure to comply with the limitations of use established in the product specifications. 


    7-1 Procedure for repair or replacement of a product under warranty:



    “The customer, at the time of delivery of the order, must always verify the condition of the package, box or packaging inside which it has been transported, in order to warn of the possible existence of damage caused during the transportation operation. If any anomaly is observed, it must be noted on the delivery note, in order to preserve the rights that may assist RC Innovations against the transport agency. The client is responsible for compliance with said obligation.

    If upon receiving the order the customer verifies that what they received does not match the purchase made, or any article, piece or component of the purchased product is missing, they must notify us as soon as possible and always within 2 business days, along with the order number. . RC Innovations will proceed to resolve the problem at no cost to the client.

    If upon receiving the order the customer finds that any product does not work or does not work correctly, they must notify RC Innovations within 14 calendar days. RC Innovations will be responsible for removing the product at no cost to the customer, replacing it with a new one, once its poor functioning has been verified. If the same product is not available, RC Innovations will refund the price and other amounts paid by the customer, including shipping costs.

    The provisions of the previous paragraphs must be understood without prejudice to any other right, conformity formula or power that may arise for the client from the provisions of title IV of Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, “by which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is approved.”

    The indicated regulations and guarantee regime will be applicable, in general, in any case of lack of conformity, understood in the terms indicated in articles 115 bis and 115 ter of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.


    7-2 Warranty Exclusions


         “LiPo batteries are a product that, due to their architecture and type of use, can be damaged at any time due to low voltage, without said circumstance being an expression of the presence of manufacturing or operational defects of the article. Therefore, except in those exceptional cases in which there is clear evidence of a manufacturing defect, they are only guaranteed during the day of receipt of the product. LiPo batteries must be checked by the customer upon receipt of the product, with a LiPo battery tester or voltmeter.


    Recommendations for using LiPo batteries:


    -Batteries should never be discharged below 3 volts per cell, as they would be unusable. 

                    -Batteries should be stored and charged in fire-resistant containers, as they could catch fire suddenly.

               -Battery charging must always be carried out using specific chargers for LiPo batteries, with automatic balancing function.

                    -Batteries should not be used when they have received any impact.

                  -The presence of a responsible person is required during the battery charging process, until said process has been completely completed.


      RC Innovations is not responsible for any damage caused by the use or handling of LiPo batteries.”


    8- Repairs and Estimates:


    Out-of-warranty repairs carried out by RC Innovations are adjusted to a budget previously accepted by the client. The works to be carried out are those included in said budget.

    If, during the repair work, other damaged parts or hidden damage are observed, the client will be notified and the quote will be modified according to the new situation. However, the client can reject the quote without any damage to the client.

    The budgets are made based on the initial problem, and other hidden or not noticeable problems may appear at first. Due to a chain of failures following the initial failure.


    8-1 Budgets not accepted:

    The preparation of the estimate has no cost if the damaged product is finally repaired in our facilities, upon acceptance of the estimate presented to the client.

    Budgets not accepted have a maximum cost of €25, this cost will be evaluated depending on the time necessary to prepare said budget and its difficulty.


    9- Storage costs of the repaired product or unaccepted quotes:


     “Once the product has been repaired, the customer will have a period of 1 month to withdraw it, upon payment of the corresponding invoice. This period will begin to be counted from the moment the customer receives notification that the product is at their disposal already repaired. After the indicated period, the client must pay storage costs an amount equivalent to 1% of the new value of the item, for each day that the product remains in our facilities.


                    The customer will also have a period of 1 month to remove the item from our facilities, when the repair estimate has not been accepted. After this period, the customer must pay storage costs an amount equivalent to 1% of the new value of the item, for each day that the product remains in our facilities.


    10.- Prescription of the customer's right to recover the items delivered for repair.


           “Without prejudice to the obligation to satisfy the expenses derived from the storage of the item, the client's right to recover the goods delivered for repair will expire three years from the moment they have been delivered to RC Innovations. .”
