In order to purchase an Autel Robotics Care service key, customers must verify their Aircraft Serial Number on our website. Please click here to verify.

• Customers must also meet one of the following conditions in order to be eligible for Autel Robotics Care:

            Must own an aircraft that has never been opened

            Must own an aircraft that has been activated within 48 hours of their attempt to purchase Autel Care

Two Replacements, for unexpected Accidents.

With Autel Robotics Care, there´s no lapse in turnaround time. Users can request a replacement aircraft up two times per year, ensuring they have a unit to fly all times. Repairs and replacements caused by product quality problems during the warranty period will not count towards the two yearly replacement allotted.
